Combines strength work with similar principles of interval training.
Service Description
This class alternates resistance exercises between upper and lower body as well as push/pull movements for a balanced, full-body strength session. The class will incorporate traditional weight-lifting and compound exercises using bars, dumbbells, resistance bands and more to challenge you.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel class, cancel booking prior to the late cancel window (6 hours) to get the credit back in your account. If you do not show up for your reserved class, or if you attempt to cancel within the late cancellation window, you will be charged for that session. *Please note that if you do not show up several times your spot will be given to someone else*
